How do I obtain a Fairmount Public Library Card?
- Complete a Patron Application
- Show proof of address: Driver's License; Utility bill, Tax bill.
- The card holder must be at least 6 years of age
- Juvenile applicants must have a parents signature on the application.
- Residents outside of the named areas will be assessed an annual fee of $25.00 to use the library's services.
How do I obtain a Public Library Access Card (PLAC Card)?
PLAC (Public Library Access Card) cards allow you to visit and check out materials from any Indiana public library and the Indiana State Library in Indianapolis. Fees are set by the State Library and may be subject to change.
Non-residents may purchase a PLAC card the PLAC fee and $25.00 for the Fairmount Public Library Card). Current PLAC fee fot 2007 is $30.00.
