FRIENDS OF FAIRMOUNT PUBLIC LIBRARY INCORPORATED DECEMBER, 2004.
    
      A core group of library patrons met, organized and filed the paperwork to form the FRIENDS.
 
     The mission of the Friends will be to raise funds to supplement the Library's budget in providing educational and recreational programs as well as help fund large scale items for the Library.

    Membership information is available at the Library or from one of the charter members.

The FRIENDS will meet at the Library on the first Tuesday of every month at 6:30PM.  Exceptions will be holidays (New Year's Day) falling on the first Tuesday.
 
 
 
 
 

   A JUNIOR FRIENDS OF THE LIBRARY Group
 
   Goal is to find 4th-12th grade students interested in promoting library programs; assist in library material selections; and assist in library fundraising ideas, with the emphasis being on TEEN programs.

THE FRIENDS GROUP WELCOMES ANYONE TO JOIN.  YOUR SUPPORT THROUGH YOUR MEMBERSHIP FEE; THROUGH VOLUNTEERING YOUR TIME OR EXPERTISE ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED TO ENHANCE THE SERVICES  OF THE FAIRMOUNT PUBLIC LIBRARY.
